Hooray for Hannukah!

Hannukah starts December 1 and I am going to try a hannukah preschool storytime. I am making a menorah(?- wood and thread spools?), frying up potato latkes with applesauce and making dreidels out of cardboard. Any other ideas out there?

Also- I am going to read holiday stories the next day. Any great ones to recommend?

As one we are brilliant- together we are GENIUS!

I have found that every one of us doing storytimes for babies, preschool, school-age and families have incredible, creative, brilliant ideas that we can all benefit from. Every week we reinvent our wonderful wheel of stories, crafts, snacks and games based on some theme. I want this blog to be a way we can share those genius ideas and help each other out.
